"Best Family holiday(s) we have ever had. The only drawback is that this villa is quickly booked up about a year in advance so you have to think ahead and book early."

"Simply the best, well thought out and superbly equiped with everything you can think of ( and more ) to make your stay perfect. The kids were hard to drag away from the villa to go to the theme parks, but more importantly easy to get back before they collapsed in the afternoon heat of the parks. There is no comparable games room (air conditioned!) in Orlando. Watch the videos but fab as they are the Villa is far better in real life. The " back door" into Disney is well worth using as you miss the tourist throng both ways and it realy is a few minutes to drive into the heart of Disney. The level of extras and finishing touches needs to be experienced to be believed. The couple who look after the property are very nice and do a great job of maintaining the high standard of the property going the extra nine yards that makes your stay perfect."

It has been an enjoyable experience from the time we check to make sure our week is available to the moment when it's time to say our goodbyes. Having traveled to many places around the world, Terry does an amazing job when it comes to the details. I plan on returning to the Tropical Retreat and have already informed many people about this wonderful vacation home that's extremely close to Walt Disney World!"

"We were told of this fantastic place by our neighbors who had stayed there before. It was everything we had expected. The house was super clean/everything was there/notes were left for us if we had any problems. There was lots of information for us as to where/when/tips galore of things to do-where to shop-how to get there. The game room was a Hugh hit with the grandkids (and grown-ups). The pool and hot tub were wonderful to come home to after a long day at the parks. The owner called to check with us after to make sure things went well. I would highly recommend this vacation home."

"Tropical Retreat was awesome! From the time we walked in, everything was perfect. The kids loved the pool and the game room was fabulous! We were traveling with 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space. The house had everything we needed plus more! We had no issues with anything and will surely be staying at Tropical Retreat during our next trip to Orlando!"

"We spent last week at Tropical Retreat and could not have been more pleasantly surprised with all the amenities. Seeing pictures on line can sometimes be deceiving and this was no exception, but the thing was that it was even nicer than the pictures themselves. We loved every minute of being there. The boys (my grandchildren age 8 & 5) were reluctant to leave the house, they loved all of the games and the pool area too. If we are fortunate enough to be able to take them again to Disneyworld, we most certainly will stay again. Cannot thank you enough for sharing your house with our family."

"Hello, just wanted to say thanks for allowing us to rent your wonderful home for our Disney vacation. We enjoyed all the ammenities and the game room was a big hit. I had reservations about staying outside the park because I thought that inside was so much more convenient. Boy was I wrong. It was so easy to get around and in most cases much quicker than using the Disney transportation. We will definitely recommend your fabulous home to anyone we know planning a vacation down there. We just wanted to let you know what a great time we had staying in your Tropical Retreat. It truly was a "retreat". The kids were having so much fun in the Mortimer's gameroom, we thought we were going to have to drag the kids to the car for our first day at Disney. I think that says it all. Thanks again for your wonderful, friendly communication; informative brochures and everything being more than was expected."

"We returned home from our fabulous vacation yesterday. We had such a wonderful time in your vacation home. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay in. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were at home. The decor was really tropical and relaxing, the pool was great and the game room was a big hit. The racing game was my son's favorite thing to do - he certainly got a lot of miles under his belt. The location of the home was also great - close to everything, yet off the path of 192. Our two weeks really flew by but we were able to take our time visiting both the Disney and Universal Parks. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. We hope to be able to come back and visit in the next couple of years and will definitely be back to stay at the Tropical Retreat."

The house was wonderful with all the amenities and the game room was a big distraction because it kept us from going to bed, although we did enjoy it very much. The pool also came in very handy. We were able to hit the parks first thing in the morning, then make it back in the afternoon for a nice refreshing break in the pool. The other great thing was the game room. "Found the house to be an ideal vacation residence. The close location to Disney World made this a great place to take a break when needed. Kids loved the pool. Some of loved the pool table. "We had an amazing vacation. The house was perfect because when it was sunny we could use the pool when it rained we used the game room. Also the proximity to Disney was key! The kitchen was very well equipped so we could eat in as often as we wanted to which is important when you have 4 small children. We will DEFINITELY be back and recommend the house to others."
